1. Who we are

Precision Business English LLC (“Precision,” “we”) provides live online English communication training for companies and adult professionals. Our address is 17350 State Hwy 249, Ste 220 #38370, Houston, TX 77064, United States. Contact us about privacy at chris@precisionbe.co.

Our services are for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We act as the party that decides how your information is used for inquiries, bookings, payments, and our own records of your learning. For information a client company asks us to handle on its behalf (for example, workplace documents it supplies), we act under that company’s instructions, as described in our agreement with it.

2. Information we collect

  • From you: name, business email, employer, role, country or time zone, scheduling preferences, training goals, and anything you choose to tell us in an inquiry or class.

  • From your employer, where it enrolls you: your name, work email, and group or schedule details.

  • From training: attendance, practice work, placement and assessment results, and our learning observations.

  • From payments: for individuals, payment status and receipts. Card details are collected by Stripe, not by us.

  • Automatically: technical data from our website and booking tools, as described in Section 10.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, card numbers, or confidential employer documents through the website inquiry form.

3. How and why we use information

Respond to inquiries and provide consultations: Our legitimate interests, and steps you request before a contract

Book, deliver, and invoice training; place learners in groups: Performance of our contract with you or your employer

Prepare agreed progress reports for your employer: Our contract with your employer, and our legitimate interests in delivering the service you are enrolled in

Keep business, tax, and accounting records: Legal obligation

Marketing to people who have not asked for it: Not done without your permission where required

4. Who receives information

We use these service providers, who process information for us under their own terms and privacy notices: Framer (website and inquiry form), Google Workspace (email, Meet, Drive), Calendly (scheduling), and Stripe (individual payments). Learners may also take an English assessment hosted by EF, an independent provider that processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. We share learner information with the client company that enrolled you only as described in Section 5. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Our Google Drive access is restricted and our business account uses two-step verification.

5. Assessments and employer reports

We may place you in a group using short speaking and writing activities that we run ourselves. In onboarding, we may ask you to take an English assessment hosted by EF. EF is an independent provider with its own terms and privacy notice, which you should review before you begin, and its own rules about who can see your results. We are not affiliated with EF. Before you begin, we will tell you whether Precision and your employer receive your results.

Employers receive a monthly group-level report covering participation, observed strengths, development needs, and next steps. We provide individual-level reporting only if your employer and we agreed to it in advance and you were told before training began. Our reports reflect classroom observation and are not certified proficiency results.

6. Recordings and AI tools

We do not record classes or use automated transcription or AI meeting notes by default. Any recording happens only with written agreement and the consent of everyone in the session, and is deleted after 30 days. We may use AI tools to prepare lesson materials using fictional or anonymized scenarios, reviewed by a person. We do not put identifiable learner information, assessment results, or confidential client documents into general-purpose AI tools.

7. How long we keep information

Inquiries that did not lead to a contract: 12 months after our last substantive contact

Assessment, attendance, learning notes, reports: Length of the program plus 12 months

Workplace documents supplied by a client: Deleted within 30 days after the program ends

Contracts, invoices, payment records: 7 years from the date of the record

Approved recordings: 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing

A shorter period in a client agreement, or a legal hold, may change these periods. Backup copies are deleted on our providers’ ordinary schedules.

8. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires a safeguard for transfers of personal information out of your country, we rely on your consent after you have been given the required information, or on equivalent protections set out in our agreement with your employer.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict some uses, to withdraw consent, and not to be treated differently for exercising rights. Email chris@precisionbe.co. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within 30 days. If your employer directed the processing, we may pass your request to the employer or coordinate with it. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority. Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General’s office.

10. Website technologies

Our website and embedded services such as Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site and scheduling, as described in those providers’ policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will list them here and ask for your consent where the law requires.

11. Changes

We will update the date above when we make material changes and, for current clients, tell them directly.
