TRAINING TERMS

Client Policies

Application. These Policies apply to booking and receiving training from Precision. For corporate clients, the signed proposal or agreement controls if it differs. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.

1. Format

Sessions are live online and 60 minutes long unless otherwise agreed. Corporate groups are formed mainly by proficiency, with role needs and scheduling considered. Groups of 6–8 are recommended and groups may not exceed 15.

2. Attendance

Sessions start and end on time; late arrival does not extend them. In a corporate group, one person’s absence does not cancel or reschedule the session and does not create an individual make-up entitlement. Each corporate client names one coordinator for scheduling and participant changes.

3. Cancellation by an individual learner

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time, you may choose a full refund or a reschedule (rescheduling is subject to availability). Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days of your cancellation. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, the lesson is normally treated as delivered and charged. For prepaid packages, a cancellation at least 24 hours ahead may be rescheduled without using a session; if refunded, that session is refunded at its package rate. Late cancellations and no-shows normally use one package session. We may make an exception for an emergency.

4. Cancellation or failure by Precision

If we cancel or cannot deliver a session, you choose a replacement session or a full refund for that session. For individual packages, a session we cannot deliver is restored to the package or refunded at its package rate, at your choice. For corporate clients, we offer a replacement session, and any refund or credit is set by the signed agreement.

5. Prices and payment

Single individual lessons cost US$60 per 60 minutes and are paid through Stripe at booking. Individual packages comprise 4 sessions for US$228 (US$57 each), 8 for US$432 (US$54 each), or 12 for US$612 (US$51 each). Each session is private, online, and 60 minutes. Packages are paid in full through Stripe at Calendly checkout. The payment covers all sessions in the selected package; remaining sessions are scheduled separately without additional payment. Learners may request a free consultation before purchase to discuss goals and availability. A consultation booking does not purchase a package. Taxes and currency are shown at checkout where applicable. Introductory consultations are free. Corporate clients receive a written proposal that states inclusions, group size, taxes, and payment dates; a four-week pilot is invoiced in advance, and longer programs are normally invoiced monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. A calendar reservation does not on its own create a corporate contract. Never send card details by email or through the inquiry form.

Individual packages are for one named learner; any transfer requires written approval. Scheduling is subject to availability, with a regular schedule agreed where possible. Suggested completion schedules of approximately one, two, or three months are recommendations, not forfeiture deadlines. Packages have no hard expiry or automatic renewal. Unused sessions are refundable at the package rate paid: US$57, US$54, or US$51 per session, respectively. Completed sessions are not retroactively repriced, and no cancellation penalty is added. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 days of the request, subject to mandatory rights.

6. Corporate changes and termination

Group changes, added participants, or scope changes require the coordinator’s written request and our written agreement. Corporate pricing is based on agreed enrolled group size, not attendance at an individual session. If an approved addition moves a group into a higher pricing tier, the new rate applies only from an agreed future date, not retroactively. Groups may not exceed 15; larger cohorts are split into separately scheduled and priced groups. Early termination and refunds for unused sessions are set out in the signed proposal; there is no default no-refund rule and no default entitlement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties will protect confidential information and share only what is needed for training. Use fictional or anonymized workplace material where possible. We use service providers and make the employer reports agreed with the client, and we may disclose information where required by law.

8. Assessments and reports

Placement relies on our own speaking and writing activities and on an English assessment hosted by EF, an independent provider whose own terms apply; we are not affiliated with EF. Monthly employer reports are group-level by default. Progress depends on starting level, attendance, engagement, and practice. We do not guarantee any level of fluency, proficiency gain, or business result.

9. Technology

Learners need a suitable device, a stable connection, and a working microphone and camera. A learner’s technical problem does not extend the session or create a make-up entitlement. If the problem is on our side, we offer a replacement session or an appropriate credit or refund.

10. Recordings and materials

We do not record by default. A recording requires prior written agreement and the consent of every participant. Our materials are for the enrolled learners’ internal learning use unless we license them otherwise, and should not be shared outside the organization without permission.

11. Our training scope

Our sessions teach English communication. They are not legal, medical, technical, or regulatory advice, and do not qualify anyone to practice a profession.

12. Acknowledgment at checkout (to be configured in Calendly)

“By booking, I confirm that I am 18 or older, have read the Client Policies and Privacy Notice (links), and agree to the cancellation and refund terms.”

13. Governing terms and contact

These Policies and individual bookings are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Before starting a claim, please contact us at chris@precisionbe.co so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that remains will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer arbitration rules, which also govern how fees are shared, rather than in court. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may ask a state or federal court located in Texas for urgent relief. Arbitration does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, or any right to go to court, that the law where you live does not allow you to waive. For corporate clients, these terms are set in the signed agreement.
